BSP Skypark Bandar Saujana Putra is proud to be the first high-rise development in the budding township of Bandar Saujana Putra, Puchong. The property BSP Skypark, launched in January 2013, is the venture of LBS Bina Group who employed Utuh Sejagat to overview the development. Supporting the government’s initiative to increase home ownership among Malaysians, LBS offers multiple incentives to appeal to their main target market; first time home buyers and young families. Among their offerings are a waiver on legal fees for sale and purchase agreements (SPA) and deed of mutual covenants (DMC), DIBS for first 100 units, an 8% rebate per unit and a one year free service charge. BSP Skypark is built on 5.36 acre of leasehold land in Bandar Saujana Putra. The township is relatively new with many projects being in the developing process. SBP Skypark will be the first high-rise building in the area with Skypark 2 and Skypark 3 are rumored to be already set in motion.
